أكّد نقيب المستشفيات الخاصة في لبنان سليمان هارون، تعليقًا على المشكلة الّتي تهدّد القطاع الإستشفائي وتحديدًا المستشفيات الخاصة الّتي بات عدد منها معرّضًا للإقفال، نتيجة عدم حصولها على مستحقّاتها من الدولة الّتي وصلت إلى ألفي مليار ليرة لبنانيّة، أنّه “لم يحصل على وعد من المعنيّين حيال أي حلّ، وإنّما طُلب منه فقط تقديم طرح في هذا الإطار”، موضحًا أنّ “الطرح الذّي ستقدّمه نقابة المستشفيات الخاصة هو تقسيط المبلغ عبر دفعات شهريّة للمستشفيات، لتقوم هي بدورها بدفع رواتب موظّفيها وما عليها من مستحقّات للمستوردين في هذه المرحلة، إلى حين إيجاد خطّة واضحة ومتكاملة بعد انتهاء الأزمة”.
وشدد نقيب المستشفيات في حديث لـ”الشرق الأوسط” على أن “الأزمة ليست جديدة، وأن عمرها سنوات، قائلاً: “لطالما نبّهنا من هذا الأمر وتداعياته، إلى أن بدأت الأزمة تتفاقم شيئاً فشيئاً، إذ، وإضافة إلى عدم تسديد الدولة مستحقاتها، أتت مشكلة ارتفاع سعر صرف الدولار، وأخيراً وباء كورونا”.
وأوضح أننا “نشتري كل المستلزمات الطبية من أَلِفِها إلى يائِها بالدولار الأميركي الذي تضاعف سعر صرفه، لكن نقدم الفواتير إلى الدولة بسعر الصرف الذي حدده المصرف المركزي”، مشيراً كذلك إلى أن “هناك أجزاءً من المستحقات متراكمة على الدولة منذ سنة 2012 ومستحقات كاملة عن أشهر عدة حتى شهر آذار من هذا العام والتي تبلغ قيمتها ألفي مليار ليرة، كانت تساوي نحو مليار و350 مليون ليرة، أصبحت اليوم نحو 700 مليون دولار، وهو ما يشكل خسارة كبيرة لنا”.
