افتتح وزير الدفاع وإسناد القوات المسلحة الإيرانية، العميد أمير حاتمي، اليوم الثلاثاء، أول مركز تدريب دولي لإزالة الألغام والمتفجرات، وذلك لأغراض إنسانية.
وجرى تأسيس المركز بهدف تقديم الخبرات الإيرانية في التدريب والتعليم على نزع الألغام إلى الدول التي تعاني من المتفجرات التي خلفتها الحروب، وكذلك تنمية وتطوير المستوى العلمي في هذا المجال.
ويضم المركز الدولي ورش نزع الألغام، ومعدات الذخيرة والاكتشاف، والحماية الشخصية ومعدات نزع الألغام، وقاعة لعرض العبوات الناسفة، وغرف محاكاة حقول الألغام ومحاكاة منطقة العمليات والتحكم في الأنشطة البسيطة باستخدام الذخيرة كما يحتوي المركز الدولي كذلك على أحدث مرافق الإقامة والعلاج والنقل إلى المطار.
