أفادت وسائل إعلام يابانيّة، بأنّه تمّ إلغاء جلسة استماع أوّليّة في محاكمة المشتبه به في قتل رئيس الوزراء الياباني السّابق شينزو آبي، بعد العثور على جسم مشبوه في المحكمة في نارا غرب اليابان.
وذكرت أنّه تمّ إخلاء الموقع بعد وصول ما يبدو أنّه “حقيبة غير محدّدة” إلى المحكمة.
وكان مقرّرًا أن يمثل تيتسويا ياماغامي بعد ظهر اليوم الإثنين أمام محكمة نارا، في هذه المرحلة الأولى من محاكمته بتهمة قتل آبي في تموز الماضي بالرّصاص، في وسط الشارع أثناء إلقاء خطاب انتخابي.
ووُجِّهت إلى ياماغامي (42 عامًا) تهمة “القتل وانتهاك القانون” المتعلّق بالحدّ من التسلّح، وهو يواجه عقوبة الإعدام في حال إدانته. واعترف ياماغامي بقتل آبي، وقال إنّه استهدفه بسبب علاقات بين رئيس الوزراء السّابق وكنيسة التّوحيد.
